- JOB QUALIFICATIONS
High school graduate or GED
3-7 years Custodial experience

to work with spreadsheets.
Skill in operating a computer, calculator
and various maintenance equipment.
Leadership skills. Ability to
lead staff in multiple locations and determine if employee is capable of fulfilling their duties.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to communicate and interact well with
all staff levels and customer.
Strong organizational and time management
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and ability to train staff in
Ability to be on-call 24/7 when needed. May be
required to work other schedules to cover vacancies, vacations and absences in 24 hour facilities.
